Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order in the contiguous U.S. No minimum, and no surprises at checkout. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. — we’re not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the date you order — processing time included. Exact delivery time depends on your address, and some remote areas may take longer. Larger items such as treadmills and walking pads are delivered by ground carriers such as FedEx. For the smoothest experience, we recommend contacting the carrier once you receive your tracking number to schedule a delivery time that works for you.
