All orders ship from our warehouses in the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on your delivery address — most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, while some remote areas may take longer. Larger items (such as treadmills and walking pads) are delivered by ground carriers such as FedEx. For the smoothest experience, we recommend contacting the carrier once you receive your tracking number to schedule a delivery time that works for you.
