Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouses in the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your delivery address — most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, while some remote areas may take longer.

I ordered a treadmill — anything I should know about delivery?
Larger items are delivered by ground freight carriers such as FedEx. For the smoothest experience, we recommend contacting the carrier once you receive your tracking number to schedule a delivery time that works for you.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the US only.

Product Questions

Do I need to assemble my walking pad or treadmill?
Most of our equipment arrives fully or nearly fully assembled — typically you'll just unfold it, plug it in, and start walking. Any required steps are covered in the included manual.

Can I use a walking pad under a standing desk?
Yes — our walking pads are designed with low-profile decks and quiet motors, making them a great fit for standing desks and home offices.
