Treadmill Setup & Care

This guide covers basic setup and care for the Rolenva Foldable Incline Treadmill — both the Standard Display and Triple Display models. Please also read the safety and maintenance instructions in the user manual that came with your treadmill before you assemble or use it.

Before you start

  • The treadmill is heavy — the manual says lifting it out of the box and moving it into place requires more than two people.
  • Choose a flat, level spot indoors near a grounded wall outlet. Keep at least 1 m (about 3.3 ft) clear on both sides and in front, and a clear area of at least 2 m × 1 m (about 6.6 ft × 3.3 ft) behind the treadmill.
  • Keep children and pets away during use, adjustment, folding and unfolding.

Assembly

Your treadmill arrives about 90% assembled.

In the accessory bag: a wrench, two M8×25 screws, the safety key, silicone oil, an MP3/AUX cable and the user manual. The two protective side covers are packed separately in the box.

The video shows the Standard Display model and is edited for length. The Triple Display model assembles the same way.

  1. Unbox. With enough people to help, lift the treadmill out of the box and lay it flat on the floor where you'll use it.
  2. Raise the upright. Lift the upright and console up into position until the upright locks, then turn the fixing knob at the bottom of each side clockwise to secure it.
  3. Secure the console. Use the included wrench to fit and tighten the two M8×25 screws that hold the console to the upright. Take care not to pinch the console cable.
  4. Fit the side covers. The two protective side covers are left- and right-specific. Slide the top of each cover around the curve of the upright, then press the clips at the bottom into the two holes in the base until it clicks into place.
  5. Check and start. Make sure all required parts are installed, all screws are evenly tightened and the deck is fully lowered. Plug in and turn on the red power switch. Before pressing Start, place the safety key on the yellow area of the console and clip its cord securely to your clothing.

Safety key

The red safety key is in the accessory bag. The treadmill only starts when the key is on the yellow area of the console — if the console shows E7, the key isn't in place.

  • Clip the cord securely to your clothing every time before you press Start.
  • Removing the key stops the treadmill. In an emergency, pull the key off the console — don't count on stepping off the belt to pull it free.
  • To continue, put the key back on the yellow area.
  • Take the key off when you're done and keep it out of children's reach.

Folding & moving

To fold: stop the belt, turn off the power switch and unplug the treadmill. Set both incline adjusters to the lowest level, then lift the deck by hand until it locks upright. Keep your fingers clear of the hinge area.

To unfold: make sure children and pets are clear, then press the hydraulic cylinder firmly with your foot, pull the deck slightly toward you and let go — it lowers itself slowly to the floor.

To move it: unplug it, fold it up and roll it on the built-in wheels.

Incline

The incline is set by hand, with 4 levels (up to 6%). Turn off the power and unplug before you change it, and always set the left and right adjusters to the same level. Set it to the lowest level before folding.

Belt alignment

Over time, the running belt can drift toward one side. Aligning it is part of routine treadmill care, and you can do it with the wrench that came with your treadmill.

  1. Make sure the treadmill is on a flat, level floor.
  2. With no one on it, run the belt at about 4 mph.
  3. Find the two adjustment bolts at the rear end of the treadmill, one on each side. Left and right are as you stand behind the treadmill, facing the console.
  4. If the belt is closer to the left: turn the left bolt 1/2 turn clockwise, then the right bolt 1/2 turn counter-clockwise.
If the belt is closer to the right: turn the right bolt 1/2 turn clockwise, then the left bolt 1/2 turn counter-clockwise.
  5. Watch the belt without stepping on it. If it's still off-center, stop the treadmill and contact us before adjusting further.

Keep hands, hair and loose clothing away from the belt and rollers while it's running. Stop using the treadmill and contact us if the belt rubs the frame, slips, or won't stay centered.

Lubrication

Lubricate the deck with the included silicone oil. The manual gives this schedule:

  • Light use (under 3 hours a week): about once every 10 months
  • Heavy use (over 7 hours a week): about once every 5 months

If your use falls in between, contact us and we'll help you pick a schedule.

How: turn off the power and unplug the treadmill. Lift the edge of the belt slightly and squeeze silicone oil onto the deck underneath, on both sides. Keep the oil bottle out of children's reach.

Cleaning & everyday care

  • Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning or moving it.
  • Wipe off dust regularly, and clean the exposed edges on both sides of the belt so dirt doesn't build up underneath.
  • Clean the belt surface with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Keep water away from electrical parts and from under the belt.
  • Wear clean athletic shoes — never use the treadmill barefoot.
  • After an hour of continuous use, turn it off and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Keep it indoors, away from damp areas such as bathrooms, direct sunlight and heaters.
  • Plug it directly into a grounded wall outlet on its own circuit — no plug adapters.
  • Triple Display model: don't use AUX audio playback and Type-C charging at the same time.
  • Don't remove the motor cover yourself — contact us about any maintenance that needs it.

Heart rate

To see your pulse, hold both handrail sensors with both hands for a few seconds. Readings are for reference only — they're not medical data.

Console buttons and the 12 preset programs are explained in the user manual that came with your treadmill.

Error codes

Still need help?

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo or short video can help us see what's happening — but don't run the treadmill just to film something that seems unsafe. Please contact us before sending anything back.

If you bought your treadmill from another store or marketplace, please message us through that store so everything stays with your order.
